Before purchasing anything from the store, please ensure that the provided usernames are entered correctly!

Once you purchase something from the store, you will have to confirm your purchases In-Game via the /claim system. Upon logging onto the server, you will receive reminder notifications in chat telling you to view /claim in order to claim your packages.

• By claiming the package/accepting the package, you will be liable for any chargebacks that occur.
• By letting the package expire/denying the package, you will not be liable for any chargebacks that occur.

Note: These packages will disappear once the map resets and/or after 7 days of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my package?

Purchases can usually take up to 1 hour to successfully go through. Some payment methods can take up to 1 week.

It is generally suggested that if you have not received your purchase within 1 hour, you should create a Store Issue here. Make sure that your store issue explains what has happened and contains proof of payment so a member of staff can help you.

Do I need to be online when I purchase the package?

The items are applied to your account when you are online. It is advised that you are online at the time of purchase.

How do I claim my package In-Game?

Store packages can be claimed in-game using /storeclaim.

Bedrock: My username doesn't work on the store?

Unfortunately, Bedrock accounts are unable to purchase products from our store - at this time.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any package through our store, you agree to the Terms & Conditions that come with doing so. Failing to agree to the Terms & Conditions will prevent you from buying any additional package in our stores. Any purchases of ranks or consumables are final! You will not be refunded if you are banned, quit, get hacked, etc. Chargebacks and disputes will lead to a permanent ban across our network and will make all previous or pending purchases void. If you do not comply with the Terms & Conditions, we, "Ventox LLC", have the right to remove any paid service or item as well as the right to ban you from accessing the network and assets. 

All ranks and account-bound items will last as long as the life of the server. Consumable items are one-time-use items unless otherwise stated in the package description. Map-long items will last as long as the ongoing map and will be removed when the server is reset for the next map.
