Bedrock Edition players must include a period (.) before their username.

After purchasing, packages must be claimed in-game using /storeclaim.

By claiming a package, you acknowledge and accept the purchase. Only claim packages that you personally purchased.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

 When will I receive my package? 

Purchases can take up to 1 hour to process. If you have not received your purchase after 1 hour, please create a Store Issue in the server's Discord and include:

  • Proof of payment
  • Your transaction ID
  • A description of the issue

 Do I need to be online when purchasing? 

Purchases are applied while you are online. If you are offline, your packages will remain queued until you log in.


 How do I claim my package? 

Use the command: /storeclaim

By purchasing any package through our store, you agree to all Terms & Conditions associated with your purchase.

All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for bans, quitting, hacked accounts, or similar circumstances.

Chargebacks or disputes will result in a permanent network ban and all purchases may be revoked.

Ventox Gaming LLC reserves the right to remove any paid services or revoke access if the Terms are violated or if the player is found to be breaking the outlined rules of server, resulting in a negative experience for others as determined by those appointed by Ventox Gaming LLC.

Ranks and account-bound items last for the lifetime of the server. Consumables are one-time use unless otherwise stated. Map-long items will reset with each new season/map.
